However, conglomerate companies are dominant due to their high budgets and quality (which is better than their rivals). Therefore, traditional media institutions such as the BBC news aren't necessary as people are able to check it through Google as well as do many other things.
9)Diversification will allow companies to gain a larger audience as they would be able to cater for more people. It is harder for traditional media institutions to survive unless they adapt so that they can gain their audience back, ensuring that they are stable.
