MY OPINION ON PUBLIC SERVICE BROADCASTING
1) I think that the BBC should retain it's position as the UK's public service broadcaster as it is still watched. However, it should be reviewed every so often just in case the popularity decreases highly.
2)BBC does have a role in the 21st century digital world as there is 'I player' therefore, BBC is accessible on technology.
3) I think that the BBC's licence fee should change as not everyone wants to watch it therefore, if people want to be able to watch BBC channels, they should be able to choose. If they choose then those are the people who should pay.
